Offer Orders (Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers):
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery and will be eligible for refunds in IMARAYA Wallet only.
Non-Offer Orders:
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Return requests can be initiated through our website or by contacting customer support.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Products should be returned in the same condition as received
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Offer-Based Orders
- Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are eligible for refunds in IMARAYA Wallet only.
- Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
Refunds & Processing Fees
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- In cases where refunds are requested due to customer-related reasons (such as duplicate payments or cancellations within 2 hours), a processing fee may be applicable.
- Refund amounts may be adjusted after deducting payment gateway charges and applicable fees.
- IMARAYA reserves the right to revise processing fees at any time without prior notice.
Missing Items & Claims
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing or incorrect items.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened from a sealed condition.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
